| 摘 要： | 科学融合西方文化,是后发国家现代化发展的一般规律。中国要实现向公民社会和法治国家顺利转型,应继承和弘扬中国优良传统文化,提升国民的自律能力和人生智慧,汲取西方先进文化要素,培养社会民主法治秩序和公平正义信仰,建构融合中西文化的共享价值观体系,促进人与社会的科学发展。

| Abstract: | The scientific integration of Western culture is a general law of the development of modernization of the late developing countries.To achieve a smooth transformation to civil society and rule by law,China should inherit and carry forward the fine traditions of Chinese culture to enhance the national self-discipline and wisdom of life.China should learn from the advanced Western cultural elements to foster faith in social order of democracy,rule of law,fairness and justice.China should also construct a shared value system which integrates Chinese and Western cultures,and promote the scientific development of man and society. |
