绩效评价与高校图书馆人力资源管理

摘    要:绩效评价是图书馆绩效管理的重要手段。高校图书馆实施绩效评价,必须结合自身的工作性质和特点,坚持人格评价与绩效评价相结合、个人绩效与整体效能相结合的原则。评价者应熟悉评价指标的基本要求,灵活运用科学的评价手段和方法,客观公正地进行评价,以此引导并强化图书馆人力资源的绩效管理,同时应力求避免"年终考核式"或"领导主观印象"等评价误区。

Abstract:Accomplishment evaluation is an important way of library performance management.To well conduct accomplishment evaluation,university library must combine their nature and characteristics of the work,adhere to the integration of personality assessment and performance evaluation,individual performance and the overall effectiveness.The valuators should be familiar with the basic requirements of evaluation index,flexibly use scientific means and methods of evaluation,thus conducting an objective evaluation.Furthermore,they need to guide and strengthen the library human resources performance management,and avoid "annual examination" or "subjective impression" in the evaluation.
