| Abstract: | ??In view of the disadvantages of operational mechanism of information training system(ITS), this paper discusses how to optimize the synthesis function, power function, directional function, control function and developmental function of the operational mechanism of ITS under the socialist market economy. Some countermeasures to management system and optimization principle are proposed. |
