| 摘 要： | 环境规制对企业创新的影响,不仅表现在由于规定了外部的刚性约束条件,从而改变了资源配置,而且表现在由于产业结构的传递性,企业创新形成了产业内新的市场结构、市场行为和动态效率.环境规制的初始原因和初始标准改变,导致规制政策、工具选择、执行标准等随之变化,形成企业创新和环境规制的互动影响机制.

| Abstract: | Environmental regulation of the impact on enterprise innovation, not only in performance due to the rigid external constraint conditions, thus changing the collocation of resources, enterprises must be innovative, but also because of the characteristics of transmission of the industrial structure, enterprise innovation within the industry and formed the new market structure, the market activities and dynamic efficiency. The initial reasons and standards of environmental regulation changed, resulting in regulation policies, tools selection, implementation of standards will evolve. It is forming that enterprise innovation and environmental regulations affecting the interaction mechanism. |
