教师发展自我设计和评价的实践研究

摘    要:文章围绕教师自主发展的核心问题,介绍了课题研究的背景与过程,介绍了上海市第三女子中学多年来的探索历程和研究成果,尤其对实践层面的一些尝试与创新作了比较详尽的说明,分别从教师评价、课堂教学、校本研修、培训方式等四个方面对教师自主发展的问题展开探讨,期望籍此实践研究成果对教师自主发展的研究起一定推动作用。

Abstract:The theme of the article is teacher self - development, introducing the background and the procedure of the task, the practical research and the achievements of Shanghai No. 3 Girls' High School, especially some creative practice. The article is divided into four parts : teacher evaluation, classroom teaching, school - based research and training. The research is expected to promote teacher self - development.
