An Analysis of Digital Learning Development Influencing University Teaching Process in Taiwan

With the development of information society,Taiwan’s university leads digital learning in the promotion of related policies,which influences the traditional teaching process.Main show is in the following aspects:no space and time limit in learning environment,innovation of teaching model,diverse learning assessment,and learners’ learning autonomy and the promotion of learning effect.In addition,the changing of relationship between teachers and students,the promotion of network skills and morals are not ignored.
