教学型高校课堂教学质量保障体系运行机制研究

摘    要:为确保课堂教学质量的持续提高,教学型高校应结合自身特点着力构建由决策机制、监督机制、评价机制、激励机制等构成的课堂教学质量保障体系运行机制。其中,科学、民主的质量管理决策机制是课堂教学质量保障的前提,行之有效的质量监督机制是课堂教学质量保障的关键,三位一体的质量评价机制是课堂教学质量保障的核心,以教师为本的激励机制是课堂教学质量保障的动力。

Abstract:In order to guarantee classroom teaching quality constantly rise,teaching universities and colleges should combine their own characteristics to construct the operating mechanism of classroom teaching quality guarantee system consisting of mechanisms with policy,supervision,evaluation,motivation,etc.Among them,the premise to guarantee the classroom teaching quality is scientific and democratic policy mechanism of quality management and the key of it is effective quality supervision mechanism,the core of it is quality evaluation mechanism with trinity,and the impetus of it is the motivation mechanism with teacher orientation.
