| Abstract: | With the goal of construction of trend of politics and industry evaluation system, the paper adopts the concept of service-oriented architecture （SOA） to construct and realizes the SMS and network platform evaluation on democracy. It finally puts forward the process for the building of information-based democratic evaluation technology. |
