| 摘 要： | 当前我省文化产业发展不平衡,科技含量低,新型文化产业发展有待加强.构建河北省文化产业创新体系,应该大力实施品牌战略、加大资金支持文化产业力度、加大科技投入和推动资源重组、加强人才队伍建设、大力发展音乐文化产业、完善高校音乐文化教育体制进行突破.

| Abstract: | At present, the cultural industry of our province is experiencing lmbatancecl cievelopment, tow technological content, and the development of new type cultural industry needs to be enhanced. To con- struct the innovative system of cultural industry in？ Hebei province, what should be done is to find the breakthrough in carrying out brand strate~＇, increasing financial support and technological investment, pro- moting resource reorganization, enhancing talents training, pushing forward the musical industry and per- fecting the music culture education system in university. |
