| 摘 要： | 科学发展观的提出，是理论创新的一个突出成果，体现中国共产党对发展内涵的深刻理解和科学把握，是发展思路、发展模式的不断探索和创新。通过认真学习，使我对开展学习实践活动的重要性和必要性有进一步的认识，对科学发展观的丰富内涵和精神实质有更深的理解。科学发展观的内涵就是坚持以人为本，树立全面、协调、可持续的发展观，促进经济社会和人的全面发展。

| Abstract: | The scientific outlook on development is outstanding achievements in theory innovation which reflects the deep understanding of the connotation of development of the Communist Party of China. It is an innovation in development concept and mode. The connotation of scientific outlook on development is to stick to the people-oriented approach, to establish comprehensive, coordinated, sustainable development view and to promote the overall development of the economic society and people. |
