| 摘 要： | 20世纪50年代,风险投资在美国应运而生。我国风险投资业起步较晚,但发展迅速。在我国风险投资发展过程中,也出现一些问题。针对这些问题,我们必须采取以下一些对策：培养一批优秀的风险投资家;拓宽风险投资的资金来源渠道;对风险投资各主体应制定明确的税收优惠政策;修改和完善有关风险投资业的法律法规;设立“二板”市场出口通道;制定政府采购政策。

| Abstract: | In 1950's, venture capital appeared in the United States. It started very late in China, but developed at a rapid speed. In the development of Chinese venture capital,some problems emerged. The following are some measures we should take to solve these problems:to train a group of excellent experts for investment; to enrich the capital sources of venture investment ; to make definite tax preferential policies for every principal pant of venture capital;to revise and perfect the law and regulations concerning venture investment; to establish"the second board market" for the exit; and to make government choosing and purchasing policies. |
