| Abstract: | Clans in modern Southern Jiangsu elect the people having both ability and moral integrity to be the managers,and set the strict management systems.At the same time,they strengthen the management of income and expense by making the rigorous procedure.The management of clans fields carries out under a complete system and avoid corruption and fraud well. |
