摘    要:新建本科院校在办学理念、办学条件、专业基础、教学管理、师资水平、学生质量都存在先天不足。教育部的本科教学工作水平评估,成为其发展的直接的外在压力与动力,如何将评估转化为学校持续性发展的手段,就是新建本科院校在管理方面的核心任务。

Abstract:Newly-built colleges and universities for undergraduates are weak in school-running idea and condition,specialty foundation,teaching management,teachers' level,and students' quality.The undergraduate teaching level evaluation by Ministry of Education becomes a direct external pressure and motive force of their development.How to turn the evaluation into means of sustainable development of the school is the key task in management of newly-built colleges and universities for undergraduates.
