| 摘 要： | 罗尔斯的正义理论集中体现在《正义论》一书中所确立的两个原则之中:自由原则和机会的公正平等原则及差异原则。差异原则是罗尔斯思想中最具代表意义的地方,同时也是遭致争议和批判最多的地方。运用差异原则能有效解决当下中国贫富差距扩大的问题。

The present problems of the widening gap between the rich and poor in China can effectively be solved by using the difference principle theory. |
