试论小学英语教育专业学生在教育培训机构的实习与就业

中小学教育培训机构日益成为高职师范类学生的主要就业去向之一,每年容纳了相当一部分的毕业生。然而,学生的能力素质与当前社会对从业者的要求之间存在着一定差异。文章从学生在教育培训机构的实习入手,分析产生差异的原因,提出对现有课程作出调整,加大对学生综合能力的培养,最终实现提高学生就业率和就业满意度的目标。

Internship and employment in the education and training institutions of primary school English education majors

The primary and secondary school education and training institutions increasingly become one of the main employment of higher vocational education students,containing a considerable part of the graduates each year.However,there are some differences of the students’ ability and quality requirements for practitioners.This paper starts from the practice in the education and training institutions of students,analyzes the causes of the differences,has made the adjustment to the existing curriculum,strengthen the training of students’ comprehensive ability,and ultimately improve the students’ employment rate and employment satisfaction.
