| 摘 要： | 良好的执行能力是当前高职学生干部综合能力的显著标识和核心内容与高效优质地完成各项学生工作和任务的前提和保障。文章从执行力内涵分析入手,对高职学生干部执行力构成因素进行分析探讨并提出培养的方法和措施。

| Abstract: | Good executive ability is the precondition and guarantee of higher vocational college students’ comprehensive ability is significantly mark and the core content and complete all the students work quality and efficiency.This paper starts from the analysis of connotation of executive ability,analyses and discusses the execution of vocational college students and puts forward the methods and measures of cadre training. |
