高职高专院校以人为本的教学督导理念

摘    要:教学督导在高职高专院校的教学管理和教学质量的提高有着重要意义。教学督导必须明确职业定位,依据学校办学层次和理念以及专业特色,发挥督导在学校中监督、检查、评价、指导和反馈的作用。同时随着社会的不断发展变化,教学督导的内涵和方法也与之相适应,在教学督导过程中转变传统的督导理念,把以人为本、人文关怀和开拓创新作为教学督导的理念,施以督是手段,导才是关键。

Abstract:There teaching supervision has important significance in teaching management and improving teaching quality in higher vocational college.Teaching supervision must be clear about the occupation localization,according to the college level and concept and professional characteristics,play the effect of supervision,examination,evaluation,guidance and feedback in school.At the same time,with the continuous development of society changing,the content and method of teaching supervision also adapts with it,to change the traditional concept of teaching supervision in the process of supervision,takes the people-oriented,humanistic care and innovation as the teaching supervision,supervision is the mean,guidance is the key.
