| Abstract: | With the development of Civil Aviation Industry,the demand for translating English materials related to the industry is on the increase.Therefore,extensive attention will be paid to the translation of civil aviation English terms.With the guidance of skopos theory,this paper explores and exemplifies the principles of translating civil aviation English terms,that is,lucidness,exactness and conciseness.It is hoped that,in light of these principles,the Chinese equivalents of these terms can be favorably intelligible and acceptable to readers so as to facilitate the spread and exchange of Civil Aviation information. |
