论高校就业预警必要性与途径

近年来,随着我国高校毕业生就业问题日益严重,并且,呈现出学科间就业不平衡特征。这种专业结构性失业问题不仅会影响到毕业生的自我发展与完善,更是会影响到我国整体的经济发展状况。高校毕业生就业预警制度的研究与发展,能够对当前高校毕业生严峻的就业形势进行客观认识,并有效缓解就业供需不平衡等问题。促进高校毕业生合理就业,降低失业风险。本文结合当前高校毕业生就业预警制度建设工作,探索就业预警制度建立的必要性,并对就业预警实施途径进行研究。希望能够对有关的管理人员有所帮助。

On the necessity and way of employment warning in University

In recent years,with the employment of university graduates in China is becoming more and more serious,and showing a imbalance characteristics of cross-disciplinary employment.The structural unemployment will not only affect the graduates’ self development and perfection,but also will affect our overall economic development.Research and development of the employment early warning system of college graduates,to carry out an objective understanding of the current severe employment situation of college graduates,and effectively resolve the imbalance problem of employment supply and demand.To promote the reasonable employment of graduates,reduce the risk of unemployment.In this paper,combines with the construction work of employment early warning system of college graduates,explore the necessity of establishing early warning system of employment,and implementation approaches of employment warning research.We hope to be able to help the relevant management personnel.
