解决当前师范生就业难问题的探析

如今,由于就业市场结构失衡、供求不均衡等社会原因和个人观念不当、就业竞争能力不强等个人原因,师范生面临的就业难题日渐严峻。本文分析了师范生就业难的现状和原因,并提出了解决该难题的有效途径,力争改善师范生的就业窘境。

Solution of the Current Normal University Students' Employment Problems

Because of the social reasons, which are the unbalance structure of employment market, disproportion of supply and demand, etc., and the personal reasons, which are improper intention, low employment competitive power, etc., the problem which the normal university students face during the job-seeking is severe increasingly nowadays. This thesis analyzes the actual situation and reasons of the employment difficulty of the normal students, and proposes the efficient approaches to solve the problems, for improve the employment predicament of the normal students.
