摘    要:教师虚拟实践社群构建之后,其持续发展问题给我们带来了全新的挑战,可以通过生成意见领袖、改善隐客现象、进行区域间协作以及建设在线和谐等维持策略促进其良性运作,推进教师群体专业发展的进程。

Abstract:After a virtual practicing community of teachers has been built, the issue of how to make it develop sustainably has brought us a new challenge. By some maintaining strategies, such as generating opinion leader, improving the phenomenon of lurker, organizing inter-regional cooperation, building online harmonious and so on, can promote its healthy operation, so as to advance the professional development of teachers group.
