摘    要:教师教育课程标准的研制并后历时近七年。本文较全面回顾了教师课程标准研制的过程,并对研制过程中各方面专家所提出的有关课程标准的定位、理念、目标内容、课程设置、实施建议等咨询意见进行了回应。

Development of Standards for Teacher Education Programs: Process and Issues

Abstract:It takes almost seven years to develop Standards for Teacher Education Programs (STEP). This paper thoroughly traces the developmental process of STEP and makes response to various consulting opinions proposed by different experts in the process including the orientation, philosophy, objectives and contents of STEP and structures & implementation of teacher education programs.
