高能实践与教师教育实践课程的探索

摘    要:教师教育迫切需要开发具有针对性和具体学习内容的实践课程体系。近年来兴起的高能实践理念为这一需求提供了一些解决方案,研究者提炼出对于高水准的教学而言最为核心的实践活动单元并辅之以相应的教师教育方法,力图在实践有限的教师教育过程中为教师种下专业发展的种子。它因其简约、跨情境性和对实践直接关怀的特点,对我国已有的教师教育实践课程观可能是有益的补充。

Abstract:There has been little content developed for practice-based teacher education, which ask for going beyond the traditional common perspective of practice as internship and observation and designing some concrete activities to promote professional quality. In recent years, high-leverage practice as a committing idea provided some solutions to this problem. Researchers summarized some units of practice which are central to teaching as well as a set of pedagogy to assist practice-based teacher education, that are generative for teachers continuing professional development. Its merits as central, context-crossed and practice-directed may complemented our local teacher education practice curriculum.
