| 摘 要： | "后金融危机时代"美国教育发展战略体现出一些新特征,如强化联邦政府对教育的掌控和干预、强调学习者的就业竞争力和终身学习能力等。这对我国教育改革与发展具有重要的启示:教育发展必须服务于国家宏观战略,为全球竞争做准备;突出教育公平,在改革中实现公平与效率的最佳平衡;关注STEM教育,培养科技创新人才。

| Abstract: | In January 2012,the U.S.Department of Education enacts the Strategic Plan for Fiscal Years 2011-2014,from which we can see American’s educational reform tendency and strategic intention.There are some new characteristics about American educational strategic,such as strength the federal government’s power to control education and the ability of the students in the competition of job market.The strategic plan of American education will give us some inspiration,such as:education development must serve the country’s basic strategic;pay attention to the education equity,and carry out STEM education to foster students’ scientific literacy. |
