| 摘 要： | 在新疆跨越式发展的新形势下，我区高校所培养的大学生将成为新疆各项事业建设和发展的中坚力量，因此关注大学生伦理道德观念的变化，特别是关注这些变化中存在的问题，对其进行归因分析，寻找提高大学生伦理道德水平的有效途径，为我区高校德育教育工作提供可参考的建议。
