摘    要:本文对PVC生产工艺过程采用可编程控制器与工业控制计算机相结合的集散式控制系统,即IPC-PLC DCS。运用PID控制算法实现了PVC配混系统的高精度、高可靠控制,实现了PVC配混生产的自动化和管理的科学化,进而提高了企业竞争力。

Abstract:This paper introduced the PVC production process to combine programmable controller with industrial computer to form distributed control system,namely the IPC - PLC DCS.The application of PID control algorithm has achieved high accuracy,high reliability of PVC compounding system and automation production and scientific management,and thus improved the competitiveness of enterprises.
