| 摘 要： | 体育同各科教学一样，都应围绕素质教育这个中心来进行，因此，通过研究成人高校和高职院校素质教育的基本内容、素质教育的要义、体育教学的特点，提出体育教学中实施素质教育的途径和方法，将对体育理论与实践有着十分重要的意义。
