| 摘 要： | 清教神学对妇女的遏制与束缚不仅表现在对海丝特.白兰背叛婚姻的理解上,还表现在对她的严厉惩罚上,是海丝特对抗教会、叛逆社会的根本原因。在《红字》里霍桑通过塑造这样一个叛逆人物解构了清教神学对女性的宗教、神话构建。

| Abstract: | Theocratic Puritanism's containment and restriction of Hester Prynne manifests not only in its interpretation of her marriage rebellion but also in the severe punishing of her.It's also the fundamental cause of her confrontation with the church and her social rebellion.In The Scarlet Letter Hawthorne,through creating such a rebellious character,deconstructed the theological and religious construction of women by theocratic Puritanism. |
