| Abstract: | Buzi, a square pattern sewed respectively on the front and back of the official robes, known as a very important symbol for distinguishing official ranks in the Ming Dynasty, represents its own distinctive characteristics of times. In light of analyses on the background and the cultural features of Buzi on the official robes, the article expounds Buzi＇s cultural significance and its influence on the official robes in the Ming Dynasty. |
