| 摘 要： | 生活活泼的政治局面是毛泽东1957年提出而生前没有实现的民主集中制目标，它的出现得益于国际环境的正面（民主）影响，是蒙昧、保守和专制的反面；而这一局面的消失又与教务主义作崇、封建主义死灰复燃、党内政治生活不民主紧密相关。实现和保持社会局面生动活泼是社会主义政治明的基本特征。

| Abstract: | The vivid and lively political situation was the goal of democratic centralism,which was posed by Mao zedong in 1957 but was not realized before his death.Its emergence benefited by the affects of international environmental democracy,and it was the reactionary aspect of ignorance,conservativeness and autocracy.Its disappearance was closely related to the restoration of doctrinairism,feudalism and undemocratic political life of the party political.It is an essential feature of socialist political civilization for the Communist Party of China to realize and maintain the vivid and lively situation. |
