| 摘 要： | 以问题为中心，以案例为载体的“国培计划”，通过对培训机制创新，采取对骨干教师集中培训、脱产研修及大规模教师远程培训相结合方式，其中以网络远程培训为主体形式、采用远程开放教育模式是保持“国培计划”长期性、有效性的最佳路径。

| Abstract: | "National training program for primary and secondary school teachers",which is problem-centered and using case-study,takes innovative training mechanism.This program also provides full-time training for the backbone of teachers and makes focused training and large-scale remote training for teachers.Among these paths,network remote training is the best way to maintain the permanence and effectives of this "national training program". |
