基于Pro/E的曲柄摇杆机构运动仿真

摘    要:利用Pro/E建立了曲柄摇杆机构的3D模型,并对该模型进行了动态仿真,仿真结果实现了对机构运动的可视化研究。最后得出了分析点的速度、加速度、角位移等随时间变化的曲线。仿真结果表明:在不同的速度模式下,分析点的速度、加速度、角位移随时间而变化,运动过程中分析点存在着抖动现象。仿真结果实现了对机构的全面可靠的动态分析,大大提高了机构的分析效率,对于优化机构设计有重要的指导意义。

Abstract:Pro/E was used to establish the 3D model of the crank-rocker mechanism,and the dynamic simulation was given for the module.The visualization research of the mechanism motion was achieved.The velocity analysis,acceleration and displacement curves of the analysis point were obtained.The simulation results show the speed,acceleration and the displacement are changed with time.The dithering of the analysis point occurs during the simulation process.The thorough and reliable dynamic analysis for the mechanism is obtained,which greatly improves the analysis efficiency and provides a basis for the optimization design of the plane mechanism.
