| 摘 要： | 目前学校太极拳的教学问题不是竞技和传统的矛盾的结果,而是休闲体育理念下教学内容体系的不适应性造成。现代学校太极拳教学要遵循太极拳发展的规律和教学规律,构建休闲体育理念下的"人本主义"发展方向太极拳教学体系,提高教学质量,促进学生素质综合发展和太极拳协调发展。

| Abstract: | From the analysis of contradictions between competitive Taiji and traditional Taiji,this paper concludes that the reasons for the teaching problems of Taiji are not contradictions between competitive Taiji and traditional Taiji,but non-adaption between teaching contents and the concept of leisure sports.Modern teaching in school must follow the laws of Taiji development and the laws of teaching,construct the teaching system of Taiji by idea of humanism which the concept of leisure sports promotes,improve the quality of teaching as well as promote the development of the comprehensive quality of students and the coordinated development of Taiji. |
