| 摘 要： | 西点军校不仅是一所享誉中外的军校,而且也以其卓越的领导力培养闻名于世。本文首先从入学要求和人才培养目标、三位一体的人才培养计划、考核体系三个方面介绍西点军校的领导力培养体制;然后总结出西点军校领导力培养的基本经验;最后提出对领导力培养的启示。

| Abstract: | West Point is famous in the world not only as a military academy but also for its outstanding leadership education. Firstly, the leadership education system of West Point is introduced from the admission requirement, the education goal, the education plan and the assessing system. Secondly, the basic experiences of the leadership education of West Point are summarized. Finally, the implications in leadership education are given. |
