| 摘 要： | 柔性结构能较好地平衡企业历史发展进程中变化与稳定的矛盾。组织结构可分为刚性结构、计划结构、柔性结构和混乱结构四种形式，组织结构的四种类型都是某一特定环境中处理“变化与维持”的一种具体模式，它会随环境变化而演进，这种演进的轨迹分为常规化自然轨迹和复兴性逆向轨迹。管理耗散结构和管理熵理论能较好地解释这种演进。 |

| Abstract: | Flexible form can effectively balance the contradiction between change and preservation in evolutive processes of firms. Organizational structure can be divided into rigid form, planned form, flexible form and chaotic form. Each of them is the typology form coping with change and preservation in certain condition. The forms can be developing with the change of environment. The trajectory is divided into the natural trajectory of routinization and the reverse trajectory of revitalization, and is explained by theories of Managerial Entropy and Managerial Dissipative Structure effectively. |
