摘    要:新建地方本科院校培养知识与技能兼备的高层次应用型人才是与生俱有的,也是社会经济发展对人才需求和高等教育大众化的结果。新建地方本科院校要在市场、政府和行业组织的共同作用下,实现其培养目标、教学方式、教学内容和评价的职业属性。

Abstract:Education in the local newly- built undergraduate colleges and universities have been the vocational attribution since the colleges and universities were built, which is the need of talents for social and economic development and the result of mass higher education. The local newly- built undergraduate colleges and universities realize their vocational attribution in training target, teaching method, teaching content and teaching evaluation under the interaction between the market, the government and trade organization.
