摘    要:随着智能电网建设的大规模开展,对电网快速、高精度勘测、巡查和可视化管理提出了巨大的应用需求。本文对基于机载LiDAR的电力巡线应用进行系统研究,首先对电力巡线的需求进行了分析和总结,其次,提出了基于输电线路LiDAR点云数据自动提取电力线的思路与方法,对剖面切割滤波方法进行植被提取的实用性进行了分析探讨。最后,以南方电网LiDAR勘测项目为例,对基于LiDAR的电力线提取精度进行了试验评定,表明基于LiDAR可快速高精度建立三维数字电网数据库,满足智能电网应用要求。

Research on Digital Power Line Inspection based on Airbore LiDAR
Abstract:With the construction of a large scale smart grid, the fast grid, high-precision surveying, inspection and visualization management application have huge requirements. In this paper, a power line inspection approach based on airborne LiDAR is discussed. Firstly, power line inspection requirements are analyzed and summarized. Secondly, an automatic power line extraction algorithm from LiDAR point cloud is presented. Profile cutting extraction of vegetation filter are analyzed and discussed. Finally, the China Southern Power Grid LiDAR survey project as an example, the power line extraction accuracy from the LiDAR point cloud data result show that LiDAR can be taken as a fast and high precision approach for the three-dimensional digital network database establish to meet Smart Grid applications.
