大学英语教学中的文化导入误区

文化导入在大学英语教学中正受到越来越多的关注,但却存在着一些误区:认为文化导入的目的只是为了语言交际或是传播西方文化;认为文化是一成不变的;认为对外交际中最重要是表面文章要做好;认为跨文化交际就是通过言语交际。本文对这些方面进行了探讨并提出了一些建议。

Some Misunderstandings in the Cultural Education of College English Teaching

More and more attention is being paid to the cultural education in college English teaching. However , there exist some misunderstandings in it: the purpose of cultural education is only to ensure the language teaching and to teach the western culture; culture is always the same; the most important thing in cross-cultural communication is being polite on the surface; the only way to communicate between cultures is by speech. The paper is just a probe into these misunderstandings and it also suggests some solutions to deal with them.
