| Abstract: | The article elaborates the necessity and feasibility of management by objectives and process management from the essence of teaching in universities.Both of the management by objectives and the process management dialectically unify and mutually combine.Therefore,we should persist in system ideas,and fulfill four-in-one policy of plan,implementation,inspection and improvement. |
