| 摘 要： | 完善我国证券民事赔偿制度是近年来各界关注的热点问题。本围绕最高人民法院发布的关于审理证券市场因虚假陈述引发的民事赔偿案件的若干规定，对起诉前提、诉讼方式、归责原则、因果关系、损失认定等主要方面展开评析，并提出相关建议。

| Abstract: | How to establish and perfect the system of civil reparations for Chinese stock has been a recent topic arousing general interest in all walks of life. Based on the regulations on the trial of civil reparations cases caused by false statements in the stock market, this paper gives some comments on such major aspects as prerequisites to sue, procedural ways, principles of conviction, causality and damage determination, etc. And it presents related suggestions. |
