中国农村女性人力资源现状及开发对策

改革开放以来，随着大批农村劳动力进城务工，农村的妇女劳动力已经成为农业生产的主力军，这是一种数量巨大的人力资源。由于种种原因，在农村女性人力资源的开发、利用等方面存在严重的问题，总体状况不容乐观，主要表现为农村女性的身体素质较差、心理素质较弱、科学文化素质普遍较低、思想道德素质面对许多矛盾和问题等。为此，必须转变观念，提高认识，把大力开发农村女性人力资源作为一项基本战略；争取各种措施，切实保障农村的女性健康权益，提高身体素质；加大农村教育投入，提高农村女性的文化教育水平；加强农村思想政治工作，提高农村女性的思想道德素质和法制素质。
