| 摘 要： | 主要运用调查统计、专家访谈、数理统计等方法,对浙江省羽毛球后备人才培养的现状进行分析,结果表明:浙江省羽毛球后备人才培养,当今应该注重1993年(12岁)以后出生的苗子;浙江省羽毛球业余训练总体基础薄弱,基层地市之间羽毛球专项基础参差不齐,差别悬殊,缺少竞争;业余训练教练员自身的专项水平是影响我省羽毛球业余基础训练的主要原因. |

| Abstract: | By the methods of statistical investigation,interviewing,statistical mathematics,this paper analyzes the preaseat situation of reserve talents of badmiton.The results show:To build the reserve talents of badminton in Zhejiang,we should pay attention to the children born after 1993.The base of vocational training of badminton in Zhejiang is weak,and the specific skill in local areas is oversharp gap.The important factor of the development of basing training of badminton is the specific skill of the trainer. |
