略论邓小平解决"三农"问题的基本思想

改革开放以来，邓小平一直关注我国的农业、农村和农民问题。其基本思想为农民问题始终是我国革命和建设的首要问题；依靠制度和政策，充分调动农民的生产积极性；解决“三农”问题要因地制宜，发展农村经济要综合经营；农业发展靠科学，农民素质需提高；通过农村工业化和城镇化之路，解决农业劳动力富余问题。

A Brief Research in Deng Xiao-ping''''s Essential Idea of Solving the Rural Economy,Rural Development and Rural Demography

Since reform and opening-up, Deng Xiao-ping had been paying close attention to agriculture , countryside and peasant's question of our country . Peasant's question is the chief problem of our revolution and construction all the time. Depend on the system and policy, we fully arouse peasants' enthusiasm for production. Solving the rural economy , rural development and rural demography should suit measures to local conditions, developing rural economy should comprehensive management. Agricultural development should depend on science, peasant's quality should improve. By carrying on the industrialization and urbanization in the countryside , the government sloves the problem of the redundant workforce.
