摘    要:论述了高新区人力资源竞争力的内涵和特征,构建了高新区人力资源竞争力的综合评价指标体系.运用模糊综合评价方法对我国10个典型的国家级高新区的人力资源竞争力进行了评价。

Abstract:In 21st century, human resource competitiveness will be the driver for China's High Technology Zones to achieve the sustainable development. This paper discusses the connotation and characteristics of High Technology Zones' human resource competitiveness, establishes an evaluation indicator system for it. On the basis of that, we evaluate the human resource competitiveness of 10 typical H&T zones by the indistinct synthetic evaluation method.
