| 摘 要： | 本文从知识位势角度出发,在网络环境及企业技术创新合作的背景下,以Nonaka SECI模型的认识论、本体论为基础,修正与改进SECI模型,构造知识创造O-KP- PK模型,论述了企业技术创新合作中的知识创造过程.

| Abstract: | From the viewpoint of Knowledge Potential(KP) and under the background of internet surroundings,Knowledge Creation Model of OKP-PK for enterprise technology innovation cooperation is formulated in this article.Basic concepts about epistemology and ontology in traditional SECI model are firstly introduced,and then the SECI model is modified with the setting up of O-KP-PK model.Meanwhile,the knowledge creation process in the enterprise technology innovation is also discussed. |
