| 摘 要： | 地方高校近几年在扩招政策引导下,外延式发展十分迅速,呈现出一派繁荣景象。但地方高校在快速发展的繁荣背后,却潜伏着生源危机、财政危机和人才危机。这些潜在危机需要引起人们高度的警觉和重视,以便未雨绸缪,采取有效措施,防患于未然,实现地方高校的良性发展。

| Abstract: | In recent years,colleges of local areas are mushrooming under the direction of the policy of expanding enrollment.But potentially there exist some crises concerning the source of students,finance and talents,which should arouse people's vigilance and be attached importance to.Therefore,we should take effective measures and guide these local colleges onto the right way so as to take precautions against possible troubles and attain the harmonic development of colleges of local areas. |
