大学生态的评价理念

摘    要:中国当下大学评价存在功利化、数字化、表面化、膨胀化等倾向,可能成为阻碍中国大学可持续发展,拉大与世界先进大学水平差距的不利因素。大学评价要向大学生态评价观转变,要有利于营造知识人的才华和情感的幸福体验;有利于整体保持大学的文化氛围、学术批评等文化精神环境与大学知识人的创新劳动之间的良性关系;有利于民主、自由、公正、创造、宽容、多元等价值意义上的大学人文精神和氛围的建构。重点大学有必要努力尝试和倡导多元的、适切的大学生态评价理念,更加注重人文意义上的成长性评价的价值。

Abstract:The utilitarian, numeric, ostensible and inflated university evaluation tendency is eventually a barrier to develop a healthy, stable and persistent Chinese universities and make them less competent compared with those advanced universities worldwide. Accordingly, a transition of the university evaluation idea from traditional to ecological is necessary. The university ecology evaluation must contribut to enhance blessed and affective experiences to artistic talents; to sustain a good relationship between intellectual creative individuals and the holistic cultural environment such as academic criticism; to construct a harmonious humanistic surroundings which is democratic, libertarian, equitable, creative, tolerant and diversified. The key universities in China should make efforts to explore and operate pluralistic suitable theories in university ecology evaluation system. In addition, emphasis should be put on the humanism processing evaluation.
