新疆维吾尔自治区社会体育指导员现状与对策研究

采用文献资料调查访问等研究方法,对新疆维吾尔自治区的社会体育指导员的现状进行调查研究。结果表明,新疆社会体育指导员队伍存在人数少、年龄高、学历偏低、指导项目不能满足多民族群众的需求等问题,制约了新疆全民健身计划的实施。针对存在的问题,提出发展对策及建议,为新疆社会体育指导员工作的发展提供参考。

Present Situation and Countermeasures of the Social Physical Training Instructors in Xinjiang Autonomous Region

Based on the literature,investigation and interviews,the article researches into the present situation of the social physical training instructors in Xinjiang Autonomous Region.It has been shown that there are quite larger number of instructors with older age and lower educational level.The other problems include that the total population of instructors is low and the items instructed were not satisfied for multinational people.These existing problems have restricted the implementation of the plan "Health Building of All People".This article puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for development of the work of social physical training instructors in Xinjiang Autonomous Region.
