| 摘 要： | 作为“儒者宗”的董仲舒，是汉代著名思想家。适应大一统政治之需要，他在继承先秦儒学并吸收其他诸家有利因素的基础上，建立了一个以“天人合一”为核心的儒家神学理论体系。而其行政管理思想则是这一体系的重要组成部分。本文将从行政管理思想的理论基础、行政权力论、行政实施理论、人事行政理论、宏观经济管理思想等几个方面对董仲舒行政管理思想作以简要论述。

| Abstract: | DONG Zhongshu was a famous thinker of the Han Dynasty. To meet the needs of political unify, he established a theoretical system of Confucianists theology, taking"Heaven and man combining into one" as kernel, and its thoughts of administration is important component part of this system. The article gave brief discussion on DONG Zhongshu's thoughts of administration from theoretical basis, administrative power, the theory of administrative implementation, the theory of personnel administration and the thoughts of macroeconomic management. |
