| 摘 要： | 上个世纪90年代初以来,英国对传统的教师培训模式进行了改革,形成了以中小学为基地,以BEd课程和PGCE课程为主体的教师培训模式.在对这两种课程进行概述的基础上,分析了这种模式的具体特征,并提出了对我国教师教育改革的启示.

| Abstract: | Since the early 1990s,England has reformed the traditional teachertraining pattern and developed a new pattern,which is school-based,and BEd and PGCE are the major parts.This paper narrates briefly the pattern and analyses its concrete characteristics,and puts forward some suggestions for China's teacher-training. |
